CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once a client accepts a quote or agrees to a scheduled service date.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule with reasonable notice.
Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled by contacting PolarJet Pressure Washing prior to the scheduled service.
Late cancellations may incur a call-out or cancellation fee.
Weather Delays
Exterior cleaning services may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain or storms.
Where this occurs, a new service time will be arranged.
Site Access
Clients must ensure access to the work area including removal of vehicles, securing pets and clearing fragile items.
If access is unavailable at the scheduled time, the service may be rescheduled.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Commercial clients may have alternative arrangements.
