Soft Wash Roof Cleaning Perth

Protect the surface. Treat the growth. Restore the appearance.

Moss, mould, algae and lichen can leave a roof looking dark, stained and neglected. PolarJet provides professional roof cleaning and soft wash roof treatments across Perth, using a controlled process selected for the material, condition and contamination affecting your roof.

Instead of automatically relying on aggressive water pressure, we allow the treatment to do the work. This provides a more considered way to clean and treat concrete tiles, terracotta tiles, COLORBOND® steel and other suitable roofing surfaces.

Every roof is assessed before work begins. You receive honest advice about the likely result, the recommended method and the cost before deciding whether to proceed.

A Cleaner Roof Can Transform Your Property

Your roof is one of the largest and most visible surfaces on your property. When organic growth and environmental grime build up, the entire home or building can begin to look tired.

PolarJet roof cleaning can help treat:

  • Moss and lichen growth

  • Mould and mildew

  • Green algae and black organic staining

  • Dirt, dust and environmental grime

  • Build-up on shaded or south-facing roof areas

  • General weathering that can be improved through professional cleaning

A Professional Alternative to Aggressive Roof Cleaning

High-pressure cleaning is not automatically the right choice for every roof. Excessive pressure can disturb ageing tiles, weathered coatings, ridge pointing, flashings and other vulnerable areas. It can also force water into places it would not normally travel.

That is why PolarJet begins with an assessment and uses the lowest effective pressure for the job. We do not treat every roof with the same equipment, treatment strength or cleaning method.
