These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by PolarJet Pressure Washing.

By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or providing your contact details, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms relate specifically to website use and electronic communications.

By requesting a quote, scheduling a service or engaging our business, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

PolarJet Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to:

* Pressure washing

* Soft washing

* Roof cleaning

* Driveway and concrete cleaning

* Commercial building washing

* Graffiti removal

* Gum removal

* Surface restoration

Specific services and pricing will be outlined in the quotation provided prior to work commencing.

3. Quotations

Quotes are based on information available at the time of inspection or enquiry.

Quotes may change if site conditions differ from what was originally described.

Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with us.

Unless otherwise specified, quotes remain valid for 30 days.

4. Scheduling

PolarJet Pressure Washing will make reasonable efforts to attend scheduled services on time.

However, scheduling may be affected by:

* Weather conditions

* Equipment issues

* Safety considerations

* Unexpected delays on previous jobs

Where delays occur we will attempt to notify clients.

5. Site Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the work area.

This may include:

* Removing vehicles from driveways

* Securing pets

* Clearing fragile items from work areas

* Providing water access if required

PolarJet is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

6. Surface Conditions

Cleaning results depend on surface condition, age and existing damage.

While we aim to deliver excellent results, complete removal of certain stains or discolouration cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Pre-Existing Damage

Exterior surfaces may contain hidden weaknesses including:

* Loose paint

* Cracked render

* Weathered timber

* Loose grout or pavers

PolarJet Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural or surface conditions.

8. Weather

Exterior cleaning is weather dependent.

Services may be rescheduled due to rain, strong winds or unsafe conditions.

9. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service.

Accepted payment methods will be outlined on the invoice.

Commercial clients may have separate payment terms.

10. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.

Late cancellations may incur a cancellation or call-out fee.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PolarJet Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage caused by:

* Pre-existing structural issues

* Surface deterioration

* Water intrusion due to poorly sealed fixtures

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
